Yoga Nidra
Join me for a grounding Hatha Yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system. We’ll move through a few slow, intentional postures to begin to connect deeply with the body. Pranayama or breathing practices will be practiced to settle the nervous system. with Yoga Nidra or deep relaxation, being the purpose of the practice, we will spend ~40min exploring conscious sleep.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking a gentle, supportive space to release stress, restore energy, and develop greater mind-body awareness.
