Holistic Results.
Evidence-informed massage therapy blending clinical precision with a whole-person approach to care.
This session is designed to ease both physical and emotional tension, helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to your body. Many clients report sleeping better and feeling significantly more balanced after just one session. With advanced training and a holistic, intuitive approach, your therapist focuses on more than just surface-level symptoms — addressing chronic tension, current concerns, and the compensation patterns that often develop from repetitive movement, prolonged sitting, or past injuries. Working gradually from the superficial layers down to the deeper structures, this deep tissue massage is designed to minimize discomfort while delivering lasting relief. Techniques may include joint work, myofascial stretching, cupping, gua sha, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and other tools chosen to meet your body’s unique needs. Open communication is encouraged — your comfort is always a priority. By the end of the session, you’ll feel relaxed, restored, and more in tune with your body.
Previously known as Maya Adominal and Arivgo therapy, these techniques are tried and true. Often neglected in most massages, abdominal massage gives support to the vagus nerve and lymph vessels. Helpful for low back pain, painful periods, fertility support, hip, pelvic and sacral issues. Abdominal Therapy incorporates thorough treatment of low back, hips, and sacrum. You will also be given instructions on how to continue your abdominal massage journey at home. This is one of my favorite offerings.
Tight and tense muscles benefit greatly from fire cupping. Heated air is used to create suction. The smooth glass is then left stationary or used to slide along the erectors next to the spine. This can be delightfully intense. Other forms of cupping are available without use of fire. These can be much less intense, especially in the case of facial and lymphatic cupping. Being well hydrated is highly recommended for all forms of massage, but especially this as it can result in soreness and slight bruising. Don’t be afraid of the bruising, this promotes healing to the area. Please plan to take extra good care of yourself after this session.
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in moving fluid through the body and supporting immune health. Unlike traditional lymphatic massage, this session integrates both proven techniques and current research to offer a more comprehensive approach. Lymph flow can become restricted by tight muscles or limited joint mobility. For example, if your shoulder doesn’t move through its full range of motion, multiple muscles may be tight — and the major lymphatic vessel responsible for returning fluid to the bloodstream could be compromised. Similarly, an imbalanced cranial base can prevent proper drainage from the brain and face, often due to muscle tension. While light, soothing touch may feel relaxing, lasting results come from addressing the root cause: muscle restrictions. I’m trained to identify areas of lymph congestion, release the surrounding muscle tension, and gently assist the movement of lymph — helping your system function more freely and effectively.
At 12 weeks, you may comfortably have your first visit. We have a pregnancy pillow which allows for comfortable prone positioning. At 28 weeks, special abdominal and hip techniques may be added. These visits are usually constrained to a 60min session- if you’d like a 90min, please reach out first. This can be a relaxing session and if you are looking for more therapeutic work- that can be incorporated. Some therapists will only offer Swedish style and avoid pressure to specific points- but I’m here to tell you this is not supported scientifically. If you need some serious aches and pains worked out while you’re pregnant, I can help.
Craniosacral therapy employs gentle touch to relieve tensions in the craniosacral system, which encompasses the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord. This method highlights the energetic and emotional aspects of healing, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of safety. Clients can process past traumas and stress, making this therapy effective for conditions like chronic pain, anxiety, and trauma. It ultimately leads to meaningful changes in both physical and emotional well-being.
A toasty treat for any body. Perfectly smooth and heated stones are used to relax hard working muscles. Feel each muscle relax under the penetrating warmth. Integrating the heated stones with Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques allows the therapist to work deeper more readily.

Ruby is the massage room's supervisor, breathing coach, the offices friendly greeter, and all around best dog (in my opinion). She is often found napping in the massage room or burying bones outside. Catch her snoozing peacefully in her bed and maybe if you’re lucky, hear her “underwater” dream barks. A total sweetheart.
