Your body doesn't work in isolated parts — and this work honors that.
Myoskeletal alignment looks at the body as a whole, seeking to balance the head and the tail — from the occiput at the base of your skull down to the sacrum and beyond. So if you're coming in with shoulder pain, I'm also going to look at what your hips are doing. What your neck is doing. Because it's all connected — usually more than people realize.
This technique combines resistive stretching, myofascial release, muscle-balancing, and joint mobilization to identify and correct dysfunction before it becomes a deeper pain pattern. The goal isn't just relief — it's restoring how your body was meant to move.
This work is drawn from the teachings of Eric Dalton — a leading name in myoskeletal alignment and one of the most respected educators in the field of massage therapy.
What to expect
Every session is shaped by what you present with that day. But wherever we start, I'll always include some degree of head and tail work — because true balance in the body begins there.
Myoskeletal alignment is appropriate for almost anybody. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, postural imbalances, limited mobility, or you simply want bodywork that looks at the whole picture — this session is for you.
