Lymphatic Massage

The lymphatic system helps move fluid through the body and supports overall immune health. This work goes beyond traditional light-touch techniques by addressing restrictions from muscle tension, limited movement, as well as areas of congestion.

Each session is adapted to your body—some benefit from slower, subtle work, while others respond to deeper release. Sessions may include gentle lymphatic support, soft tissue release where needed, cupping, and abdominal therapy when appropriate to encourage more efficient circulation.

Because the lymphatic system responds best to consistency, regular sessions are more effective, especially if you’re experiencing puffiness, swelling, or a general sense of heaviness.
