Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is one of the most requested — and most misunderstood — modalities in bodywork.

The lymphatic system moves fluid through the body and supports overall immune health. When it's congested or sluggish — from muscle tension, limited movement, illness, or surgery — the whole body can feel it. Puffiness, swelling, a general sense of heaviness.

This is a light touch, rhythmic session that works with the surface lymphatics to support fluid movement and reduce congestion. It can be particularly effective for the head, neck, and abdomen. Each session is adapted to your body — some benefit from slower, subtle work, while others respond to a bit more release.

Sessions may also incorporate soft tissue work, cupping, or abdominal therapy when appropriate to encourage more efficient circulation.

It's gentle, slow, and deeply relaxing — though if you're looking for deep pressure work, this isn't it.

Because the lymphatic system responds best to consistency, regular sessions tend to be more effective than one-off appointments.

Not sure if lymphatic is right for you? I'm always happy to talk through what your body actually needs before you book.
