Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system to release deep patterns of tension and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Using light, attentive touch, this work focuses on the craniosacral system—the membranes, fascia, and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Rather than forcing change, the body is met with a quiet, listening presence, allowing areas of restriction to gradually unwind.
Many clients are surprised to find that even subtle contact can be felt deeply. As the body begins to release what it’s been holding, a profound sense of relaxation often follows—like a deep exhale or the feeling of finally being heard.

Craniosacral therapy can be especially supportive for:
• chronic tension and pain
• stress and anxiety
• nervous system overwhelm
• recovery from injury or long-held patterns in the body
This work also creates space for the body to process stored stress or emotional experiences in a way that feels safe and supported.
Sessions are deeply calming and restorative. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more regulated, and more connected to their bodies.
Session length: 60 minutes
