Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system to release deep patterns of tension and support the body's natural ability to heal.

Craniosacral therapy can be especially supportive for:

Using light, attentive touch, this work focuses on the craniosacral system — the membranes, fascia, and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Rather than forcing change, the body is met with a quiet, listening presence, allowing areas of restriction to gradually unwind. This includes space for the body to process stored stress or emotional experiences in a way that feels safe and supported.

Many clients are surprised to find that even subtle contact can be felt deeply. As the body begins to release what it's been holding, a profound sense of relaxation often follows — like a deep exhale, or the feeling of finally being heard.
