Abdominal Therapy
Previously known as Mayan abdominal or Arvigo therapy, this is a focused, hands-on approach that works with the abdomen, low back, hips, and sacrum—areas often overlooked in traditional massage.
This work supports digestion, lymphatic flow, and the vagus nerve, and can be especially helpful for low back pain, pelvic tension, painful periods, and fertility support. Sessions also include surrounding areas like the hips and spine to help release deeper, interconnected tension.
You’ll also be guided in a simple at-home abdominal massage practice to continue the work between sessions.
This is one of my favorite offerings—it’s gentle, intentional, and can have a powerful effect on how your body feels overall.
